seasoned greetings

Kathy and David: Merry Christmas!

Diana and Don: Happy Hanukkah!

Sameen and Jeremy: Assalamu alaikum!

Carolyn and Vanessa: Joyous Kwanzaa!

Nicole and Will: Yá’át’ééh Késhmish!

Tracy and Dana: Blessed Solstice!

A very short post with one very simple question:

If there was room enough for a young couple to find shelter–not in the inn, it’s true, but shelter all the same–during an amazing journey 2000-plus years ago, why is there not room enough now to give every individual the holiday of his or her heart?

We all travel the course we choose and are given in the time we’re given…and some would say, choose, as well. Since no two paths or purposes are the same, holding the same lantern at the same level seems neither logical nor spiritual. But that needn’t stop us from sharing our Light. In any language.

As long as conservatives view the words “Happy Holidays” as a subtextual “F**k you and your Baby Jesus,” there can be no peace. –Jon Stewart

    Cheers.
